The game runs slowly or stutters
This is most often caused by out of date video
drivers. To download a new driver, use one of
the links below:
For Nvidia cards, visit The

on what version of Windows you use:

If you still experience slow down during gameplay
after updating your video drivers, it may be that
your system is a little too slow to handle the
maximum detail settings (which are the default
settings). To change this, go to the options menu
from in the game and do the following:
Ensure VSync is set to off
Ensure you are running in full screen mode
Try setting the detail level to low
If you are still experiencing slow down, and
your computer definitely meets the minimum requirements,
please try closing other programs that are running
before you run the game. Having other programs
running in the background consumes your RAM and
processor time, and may be the cause of the slow
downs.
In a few rare cases, certain video cards (mostly
the integrated Intel range used in laptops) simply
do not like the OpenGL graphics system that is
used in the game. In these instances, you can
try contacting the video card manufacturer as
they may have an update that will fix this problem
available.

I have lost my registration key and need
a new one
Should you lose your key, you can get a new one
by emailing us using the contact
form. Please tell us the game you need a new
key for, your full name and the email address
you provided when registering. We will then verify
your purchase against our records and issue you
a new key.
I ordered a game and haven't received
the registration key/email. I am using hotmail
or yahoo mail.
Our commerce partner, BMT Micro, verifies all
hotmail and yahoo mail orders individually, by
hand. They do this as an extra fraud prevention
measure- but it can delay your order by a day
or two. Of course, your card is never charged
until the download link is sent. Orders that do
not come from hotmail or yahoo mail are delivered
instantly. We regret that there is nothing we
can do to speed up this process. In the future,
we recommend not using one of the free email accounts
to purchase games, as these are sometimes used
by criminals to commit fraudulent purchases.
If you are not using one of the free email accounts
and your email has not arrived, it may have been
sent to your junk or spam folder by mistake. If
you have since lost the email because of this,
please contact us to
receive a new email/key. Please tell us the name
of the game you bought, your full name and the
email address you used to register the game. We
will then issue a new email to you.
I sent a contact question, but have not
received a reply
If it has been less then 24 hours since your question
was sent, it may simply be that we are busy and
there is a delay in answering your question. We
will try and answer your query as quickly as possible.
If it has been a few days since you asked your
question and you have still not received a response,
then it may have been that you mistyped your email
address when filling out the contact form. Unfortunately,
if you do make a mistake like this, there is very
little we can do to reply to you. We would ask
that you send the question again and double check
your spelling on your email address.
