Unfortunately, a lot of criminals use these free email addresses to commit credit card fraud and other criminal acts. Please wait a few days for BMT to verify your address and send the unlock key. You will not be charged any money until the key is sent.
If after a few days you still have not received a key, please Contact Us and we will endeavour to find the problem and provide you an unlock key.

If it has been less than 24 hours since you sent the question, please be patient. We are sometimes busy with a lot of questions, or staff may be off sick, etc.
If it has been several days and you have not received a response, it may be one of the following problems:

Mistyped Email Address
If you mistype your email address when sending the question, we will be unable to respond to you. Chances are we sent a response, but it went to another address! If you think this is the problem, please Send the Question Again, making extra sure to type your email address properly. Alternatively, you can Email Us Directly using the address in that link. Direct Emails avoid the problem of mistyping your address, but they sometimes get lost among the spam and junk mail we get piled upon us.

We are crazy busy
It's rare, but it does happen - sometimes we're just so busy that we struggle to keep up with all the questions and emails. By all means, Send your Question Again. The worst that will happen is you might get the same reply twice.
