Oddgoat Studios' trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not owned or operated by or on behalf of Oddgoat Studios, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers or that disparages or discredits Oddgoat Studios. The compilation of all content on the Oddgoat Studios website and products is the exclusive property of Oddgoat Studios and is protected by international copyright laws. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ODDGOAT STUDIOS and its employees, contractors, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, vendors, and content providers from and against any and all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, that arise from a breach of these Terms of Use for which you are responsible or in connection with your transmission of any content to, on or through any Oddgoat Studios materials. Without limiting your indemnification obligations described herein, Oddgoat Studios reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

You agree that these Terms of Use are not intended to confer and do not confer any rights or remedies upon any third party. If any part of these Terms of Use are held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be illegal or unenforceable, these Terms of Use will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make them legal and enforceable, and will remain, as modified, in full force and effect. You expressly agree that exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any claim or dispute you may have with Oddgoat Studios based upon or in any manner related to any access or use by you of any Oddgoat Studios materials, shall be in the state and crown courts located in the United Kingom.

You and Oddgoat Studios agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of a Oddgoat Studios product or service, these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR after such claim or cause of action arose, and is thereafter forever barred.
